... could I start a thread ? - top-of-the-stack records.

.. those records that remain near the top of the stack
of 300 or more CDs while many other worthy
albums remain ... less sought after ..

I'll ignore my Canuck artists to get it started ..
and the Greg Brown record already mentioned.

Yep, one of the benefits of this group has been learning about new and old artists I hadn't been aware of. Some of them members of this group. I have the CDs made by members of this group with some of my music on them, too. This group is literally music to my ears.
