I'm going nuts.
I've been trying to figure out all the themes in the subject piece, and I
have all but one. I'm hoping there is among this group a Guy Van Duser fan
who also knows his or her 50s and 60s Westerns.
Here are the themes, in order, as I know them:
1. Maverick
2. Rawhide
3. The Rifleman
4. The Ballad of Paladin
5. Sugarfoot
6. ?
7. Wagon Train
8. High Noon (Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling)
Does anyone know what number 6 is. My best bet right now is that it was a
secondary theme used on the Rifleman. It's certainly familiar, but I can't
find the name of that one, even in conjecture, on the Internet.
Another approach would be to contact Guy Van Duser. But I can't find a web
page for him. Anyone know how I could get in touch with him?
Thanks and best wishes,
Forrest
