Here we are, 8 years later... I just bought a Cujo D for 1500 from a guy who needed money. I put it away after playing it on one gig, and adjusting the truss rod to a playable place. Seems pretty nice, but didn't really listen with a critical ear. I'll offer it online for 2k and see what happens. As for the wood grain-- how could you expect it to be anything special?? In every other guitar that's not made from a particular tree in a particular movie, the wood is selected for grain, or tone, or density, or distance between the annuals. This wood was selected for one reason only: it's from a particular tree. The tree was probably not even chosen to be in the movie, except that it was there. So, to complain about the wood not making very pretty guitars, jeez, get over it.

So, who wants one? -Chazguitar
