Wondering what the cause might be.
Happens unfretted and a bit less when
fretted.
Any advice is welcome.
Since I got this used I "know" what the guy
at the pawn shop told me, which was that it was
previously owned by a former employee who
switched it from a left handed to a right,
as evidenced by the shadow of the pick guard
on the top of the sound hole.
No complaints about the sound other
than that b string, but as an old fart with
small arthritic hands I might like to see
about lowering the action if possible.
I know all of the above means I should have it
looked at by a Luthier, which I will most likely do.
Just trying to get as much info from more knowledgeable
folks.
