Does anyone know of a good luthier in or near Columbus, Georgia? The only
one I've heard of is a guy in town named Mac McCormick that builds mandolins
and guitars. Anyone ever hear of him before? I just need a small bit of
finish work done (a section near the pickguard about the size of a nickel).
cheers,
Ralph

I second that for Ronnie Griffin in Waycross. Ronnie had done my setup and repairs etc for many years and I have always been happy with his work, plus he's a stand up nice guy. Tell him Leo sent 'cha.

Ronnie also make some really nice guitars that I can't afford.
