Leo Kottke Gear

Does anybody know what sort of DI boxes Leo uses live? I know that he plugs
his Taylor guitars into two different boxes, one is a Countryman while the
other I can't seem to find out what it is. I know in the early days he did
use a Fishman DI box but recently he changed to soemthing different.
Also is he still using the Sunrise double coil pickups? Any help with gear
info much appreciated.
If anybody can help with the type of microphones he uses in the studio, I'd
appreciate it too. All I know is he does use a pair of stereo mikes,
everything from a AKG C-24 to an EMK...Before someone tells me to, "Google
it" I have and have found no current info.

Just a guess, but it very well might be a K4. It
is amazing. Not cheap, but nothing it can't do!

Leo changes gear more than a teenage girl changes clothes, so if you
find out
what he's using today....it doesn't mean he'll use it tomorrow! He's
pretty
approachable after shows for the most part. Maybe you or a friend
could ask him
then.

He is? Got it in my head that it's quite the opposite.
Kinda hope not.

Anyway, he used to rave about the Fishman Dual
Parametric DI as the ultimate box for taming
unwanted frequencies, etc. He was very disappointed
when they stopped making them.

I actually know where one can be had, pretty much
mint, if anyone if interested.
