Experience with JustStrings.com

On November 16 I ordered two sets of strings from Juststings.com. I
realized over the weekend they still had not arrived. I have ordered
strings from them for at least two years and orders usually show up in
3-5 days so this was highly unusual.

Yesterday I sent them an email with a copy of the order. Early this
morning I got a response from their customer service department
apologizing for the lost order and saying they would be reshipping the
order in a day or two.

I feel companies that provide excellent customer service deserve to get
a plug now and than. I will continue to order strings from them and
urge you to try them if you need a new supplier with very reasonable
prices and solid service.

I have used them for a few years now and they have been great however there
have been some minor mix ups (my orders are usually pretty involved and
includes alot of sets of single strings) They sure have saved me alot of
money and their selection is wonderful. I encourage anyone to use them.
