Well, Dang! There is no winner this year.
As many of you longtime RMMGAers know, each year I deliver the prestigious Alan
Dunwell Obnoxious Christmas Catalog Award for the first X-crement catalog I
receive before Holloween. The prize is that I notify them that I won't be
buying anything from them till the new year.
This year however for the first time there is no winner! No X-Mast crap
catalogs before the shine was off the pumpkin and Fodder' was in shock so to
speak. Maybe this just reflects the changing times and there are fewer catalogs
and more email/phone spam, sort of similar to how many RMMGAers have gone to
the dark side over on Faceplant.
In any case, I just wanted to let folks know so you wouldn't think I was
slacking or "Um, Like, What_EVER_man!"
